The theme for the 2024 Vital Signs program focuses on actions we need to take today so that Greater Victoria is better for our grandkids and future generations.

Can they be prosperous? Can they have a wonderful environment? Can they even afford to stay here? You will find this theme integrated throughout the survey and the final report, which will be released this fall at a public event on September 24, 2024.
