Victoria’s Vital Signs 2013 Released

Victoria, B.C. Oct.  1, 2013 – The high cost of living continues to top the list of concerns for Victoria’s residents, and mental illness is a growing issue but, overall, the residents of the Capital Region appear to be quite contented.

In fact, 89 percent of the nearly 1,200 respondents to this year’s Vital Signs survey agreed that they would describe themselves as happy. This was just one of the many interesting details presented at the Victoria Foundation’s launch of their 8th annual Victoria’s Vital Signs® report released today.
