Greater Victoria is quickly becoming a region known for its cycling infrastructure. There’s no doubt that pedaling comes with benefits, such as boosting your physical and mental health, and saving money on transportation costs. But what more needs to be done to keep the roads safe and accessible? And what is the community already doing to encourage more active transportation?
This month on the Vital Victoria Podcast, host Lucky Budd interviews year-round cycle commuter Niki Sutherland. Niki is the Chair of Capital Bike, a local non-profit dedicated to making cycling an easy and fun transportation option in the region.
