Vital People in Print: Dance Victoria

Dance Victoria brings the world's best dance companies to the Captial Region. It also fosters professional and creative development of the local dance community by hosting artistic development and outreach programs, and also offers the $15,000 Crystal Prize, the largest dance prize in Canada.

Dance Victoria is the most recent organization to receive a Vital Loan from the Victoria Foundation, in partnership with Island Savings. This funding will help the organization cover such expenses as marketing, deposits for dance companies and general operating costs until they receive ticket revenues from the Royal & McPherson Theatres Society (RMTS).
