Vital People: Souper Hero

Helen Hughes has been serving her community and making a difference for many years. She’s a former Victoria city councillor who has helped raise close to $1 million to support downtown youth, through the Souper Bowls of Hope initiative. This money facilitated the creation of the Victoria Youth Empowerment Society, which supports at risk youth and their families.
