Vital People: Red String Foundation

The Red String Foundation helps foster kids transition into independent living. Kids who were in care age out when they turn 19, often leaving them with no supports. The Red String Foundation receives wishes from young people, forwarded to them by social workers across BC. They also run a mentorship program as well as a healthy living workshop for kids in care who are living independently.
