Vital People: Islander to swim 110 kilometers for Canuck Place Children’s Hospice

Jillian Yoneda was the first person to ever swim across the Georgia Strait, from Nanaimo to Sechelt and back. Now, Yoneda is tackling the the most ambitious open-water fundraiser yet: a 110-kilometer swim from Greater Victoria to Vancouver to raise money for Canuck Place Children’s Hospice.
