Vital People in Print: LifeCycles Project Society

LifeCycles Project Society works hard to remove the barriers that make it difficult for vulnerable populations to access fresh, nutritions fruit and vegetables from our community. Their Fruit Tree Project harnesses the power of 350 volunteers – and a few ladders – to pick fruit that homeowners are often too busy to pick themselves. The fruit is distributed equally between the homeowners, pickers and LifeCycles, which then donates a a portion to 45 partner agencies such as the Mustard Seed.
