Vital People: Fostering Couple

A Victoria couple who have fostered more than 100 animals is hoping their story will inspire others to take in saved animals who need foster homes before they can be adopted out. A new Vital People, from CHEK News and the Victoria Foundation, focuses on the thousands of animals that have been saved by rescue groups on Vancouver Island in the past year and how you can help.
