It takes a very special person to care for those who are dying at Victoria Hospice, and Dr. Deb, as she is known to many, has been just such a person.

A new Vital People, from CHEK News and the Victoria Foundation, introduces us to a woman who is retiring after 34 years at Victoria Hospice.
