Foundation House

Addictions and Housing made the list of Greater Victoria's most important issues in the 2013 Victoria's Vital Signs report. The Vancouver Island Addiction Recovery Society, the organization that runs Foundation House, is addressing the issue. Foundation House was established in 1993 and offers a home to up to ten men in recovery. Clients are welcome to stay for up to two years, a factor that separates the program from other short-term programs.
