Cooper Smith Music Library Collection

A new program in the Victoria School District is changing the way school choirs and bands perform. The Cooper Smith Music Library Collection is named after two retired music teachers who have spent thousands of hours collecting and organizing sheet music, resources, and even musical instruments to lend out to the school district. The library translates into significant savings for SD61 as they can easily pool resources. No matter what happens to the district in terms of financial support for music, it's here for years to come. Last year alone more than 3,400 pieces of music were signed out.
