CHOICES Adoption & Counselling Services

CHOICES Adoption & Counselling Services is one of four adoption agencies in British Columbia. The Victoria Foundation is pleased to support organizations such as these that offer a range of services to birth parents and adoptive parents throughout BC.

The Victoria Foundation also manages the Lex Reynolds Adoptions and Permanency Trust Fund. This independent trust fund was established in 2003 by the Ministry of Children and Family Development to help British Columbia’s children and youth who are awaiting adoption or other permanent connections.
