Vital People: Government House Gardeners

In the early 1990s, BC’s Lieutenant Governor at that time, David Lam, started a volunteer gardening program at Government House. The idea was to enhance the grounds, but also to invite British Columbians to enjoy developing and maintain this beautiful public space.
