Vital People: Everybody Deserves a Smile

The Everybody Deserves a Smile campaign began as a grassroots project in Edmonton in 2003 when four friends left 88 homemade care packages in downtown alleys just a few days before Christmas. Now, 14 years late, EDAS has sprung up in communities across Vancouver Island.
