November 28 is GivingTuesday in Canada

Most people know about Black Friday and Cyber Monday…now GivingTuesday is coming to Canada on November 28, 2017!

This Canadian movement for giving and volunteering, takes place each year after Cyber Monday. As the “opening day of the giving season,” it is a day where charities, companies and individuals join together to share commitments, rally for favourite causes and think about others.

The Victoria Foundation supports GivingTuesday in the Capital Region and we’re encouraging everyone to take the time to celebrate the non-profit organizations that support our community in so many ways. Now you can support them with your time, talent and/or treasure.
