Leadership Victoria
We live in a changing world where now more than ever, skilled, engaged and connected leaders are needed to tackle the challenges facing Greater Victoria.
Are you up to the challenge? Do you want to step up and make a difference in your career and in the community? Leadership Victoria is now recruiting up to 25 emerging leaders for its signature nine-month, experience-based community leadership development program, starting in September 2011.
What we do: develop, support, and celebrate leaders who are passionately engaged in building a vibrant community
How we do it: through our programming including our signature nine-month experience-based learning program – a challenging and life-enriching experience that hones the skills of emerging leaders by immersing them in the latest in Leadership Theory and in solving real-world community issues.
How you will benefit:

-Take advantage of a personalised mentorship program and team coach to assist, guide and support your individual growth as a leader in your field

Since our inception in 2000, Leadership Victoria has become the go to organization for community leadership in Greater Victoria, graduating over 200 learners who have completed nearly 40 innovative community action projects that leave a tangible community legacy. As volunteer board members, coaches, mentors, facilitators and program partners, we put our collective skills and expertise to work to develop Victoria’s emerging generation of leaders.
