Program: Extending the reach of the Greater Victoria Street Survival Guide

Total Grant: $11,040 ($300 donor contributions)

This project will ensure that more vulnerable people who are homeless or living in extreme poverty have access to a copy of the waterproof, durable Greater Victoria Street Survival Guide. The Greater Victoria Coalition to End Homelessness will update, revise and reprint the guide twice in 2014, ensuring that this field-tested resource will remain up-to-date and relevant to the lives of those experiencing homelessness. The Guide will touch the lives of thousands of individuals accessing services from more than 80 resources in downtown Victoria, Sidney, Langford, Saanich, and elsewhere.
